Sauted Squash and Cherry Tomatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium yellow squash, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
1 medium zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
1 teaspoon rosemary leaves, finely crushed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 cup grape tomatoes
Heat oil
- add squash and cook 3 minutes. Sprinkle with herbs and spices. Add cherry tomatoes and cook, stirring, for another 2-3 minutes until veggies are tender crisps
