3 slightly beaten eggs 2 cups milk 1/1/2 cups cooked rice 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup raisins 1 tsp vanilla Ground cinnamon for sprinkling
Directions:
Combine eggs, milk, rice, sugar, raisins, vanilla and 1/2 tsp salt; mix
well. Bake in 10x6x2 dish at 325F for 25 minutes, Stir, Sprinkle with
cinnamon. Continue to bake 20 – 25 minutes longer AFTER knife inserted
halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
